Terms & Conditions – MedNest Practitioner App

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MedNest Practitioner App (“App”) operated by MedNest (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering or using the App, you (“Practitioner”, “Service Provider”) agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
• You confirm that you are legally authorized to provide wellness or massage services.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, certifications, and approvals required by law.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business and personal information during signup.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• MedNest may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Services & App Usage

The App allows practitioners to:

• Create a business profile
• List wellness services
• Set working hours and availability
• Accept, reject, or reschedule customer appointments

MedNest does not guarantee bookings or income.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

• You are responsible for managing your availability accurately.
• Appointment acceptance, rejection, or rescheduling must be done in a timely manner.
• Repeated cancellations or misuse may result in account suspension.

5. Practitioner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Deliver services professionally and ethically
• Comply with all applicable laws and health regulations
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality
• Communicate respectfully with customers

MedNest is not responsible for service quality or outcomes.

6. Payments & Fees (If Applicable)

• MedNest may charge service or platform fees.
• Fees, commissions, or payment terms will be communicated separately.
• MedNest is not responsible for disputes related to offline payments.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Misrepresent services or qualifications
• Engage in illegal or unethical activities
• Harass or misuse customer data
• Use the App for purposes outside its intended use

8. Suspension & Termination

MedNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal or safety concerns

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of income or bookings
• Customer disputes
• Service outcomes or customer dissatisfaction

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

MedNest may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
